---

Contract Recording Services

• An experienced recorder at your site will cost: $80/hour or $600/day
• If we supply an assistant the cost will be $40/hour or $300/day
• The equipment package we supply is charged for at a rate of $300/day, or part thereof, and includes:
• Leica T1000 Total Station (±3sec) with:
• Disto visible laser EDM (±3mm)
• Wild DI1000 Distomat EDM (±5mm + 5ppm)
• Minolta digital camera (640/480jpg)
• An assortment of 35mm Film Cameras
• Pentium laptop computers with capabilities including:
• Autocad r12,13,14
• Image Processing
• Text and HTML editing,
• Communications etc.
• Expenses
• Travel and Accommodation expenses will be passed on to the client at cost.
• Meals and Incidental Expenses will be assessed at: $50/day or part thereof.

Fixed Price Quotes

• We will be happy to provide a fixed quote for any recording project for which you can give a solid "terms of reference"
• We will also provide fixed quotes based on reduced daily rates for:
• long term projects
• projects dealing with aspects of recording not currently supported by CART (if we feel they should be)
• particularly interesting projects
• projects in particularly interesting places

CART Franchises

• The initial cost of such a program will vary depending on the hardware you choose and the amount of new work required to accommodate your type of project but will be based on our preferential consulting rate.
• On-going costs would consist of:
• One or more Licences
• Site work and custom programming (charged for at the preferred rate).

CART Licences

• A one year licence is currently priced at: $10,000
• One licence equates with one person who will become the power user of the CART system and will be the one in contact with our office. This person can distribute the software as required within the licencing organization. The reason for this approach is that the work load at our end is a function of the number of contact people we are supporting and their level of expertise with the CART system. Once a contact person understands the current state of the system the questions they generate are closer to being "bug reports" than they are to calls for support in the normal sense and our answers are more like "bug fixes" or "workarounds" than anything else. The annual licence fee can best be thought of as, in the first year, our expense to bring the power user up to this level of understanding. In subsequent years the fee defrays the expenses of our ongoing development program.
• Licensees are entitled to site work and custom programming at the preferred rate.

Consulting Services

• The price for on-site consulting services is: $80/hour or $600/day
• Work we can do at our offices but which is urgent is: $60/hour
• Work we can do at our own offices as time permits is: $50/hour
• Expenses
• Travel and Accommodation expenses will be passed on to the client at cost+10%.
• Meals and Incidental Expenses will be assessed at: $50/day or part thereof.

Preferential Rates for CART Licensees

• An experienced recorder at your site will cost: $50/hour or $400/day
• If we supply an assistant the cost will be $25/hour or $200/day
• The equipment package will be charged for at a rate of $200/day, or part thereof
• Travel and Accommodation expenses will be passed on to the client at cost
• Meals and Incidental Expenses will be assessed at: $50/day or part thereof.
• Work we can do at our own offices: $40/hour
