to .MOV which requires the QuickTime plugin.
- Spreadsheets and Database tables should be saved in comma separated format.
- Files requiring conversion for internet compatibility can be saved in both formats if it is
felt that the original may be useful in the future.
- Both files should be catalogued with exactly the same name with only the file
extension to separate them.
- This can be done by overwriting the number of the second file catalogued.
